“Guitar player Magdalena Duhagon, who was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship to study in the United States, returned to Montevideo to perform a variety of Latin American music at the Uruguay-US Alliance Theater. She performed these pieces with digital and analytical precision. Miss Duhagon, accompanied by the brilliant flute player, Pablo Somma, and backed up by the charming dancing duo of María Noel González and Luis Olivera, gave an exemplary rendition of suites by Beaser and Piazzolla.”.
